Buco Pie
Ingredients :
Pie crust:
500 g cake flour
50 ml sesame oil
200g unsalted butter
100 g sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons water
Contents:
1 L coconut water
400 g young coconut meat
20 g brown sugar
200 ml of sweetened condensed milk
150 g teaspoon cornstarch
4 pieces of pandan leaves, conclude
Direction :
1. Prepare pie pan diameter 20 cm. Basting with butter. Set aside.
2. Pie crust: Stir the dough in a food processor until grainy. Divide the dough into two (for the bottom and cover).
3. Minced the batter each ½ cm. Enter one of them to the bottom of the pan pie. Tap-tap in order stick. Pin surface with a fork.
4. Contents: Heat all ingredients until thickened over low heat (except coconut). Turn off the heat, put the coconut. Let stand until cool.
5. Insert dough into pie crust. Cover with remaining pie crust dough, trim the edges.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove and set aside.
7. Cut into pieces and serve.
