Recipe of Fresh Fruit Pavlova - Today Dianacake'sdiary wanna share about how to make Fresh fruit pavlova for you.. This cake is suitable as a dish while relaxing over a cup of tea. Okey lets look at the recipe bellow guys.. :)

Fresh Fruit Pavlova

Ingredients :
Pavlova:
200 ml chicken egg white
250g caster sugar
100 g of powdered hazelnuts

garnish:
100ml thickened cream (heavy cream), whipped until stiff
100 g of fruit flesh sweet fragrant mango, peeled, thinly sliced
100 g papaya, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
100 g cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
100 g canned lychees, drained, cut become 2 slices
6 red cherry fruit bars



Direction :
