Marble Cheesecake Red Sweet Potato - Hmm... This the one of many healthy cakes, In Indonesia red sweet potato very familiar and so easy get this tuber. Red sweet potato contain many nutrients and is excellent for those who want to diet.. okey I don't wanna talk too much abot it..
Now, I wanna share about how to make red sweet potato marble cheesecake for you.. You must try this recipe at home.. ^^

Lets look at the recipe bellow..

Red Sweet Potato Marble Cheesecake

Ingredients :
Base layer, mix, mix well :
200 g red potatoes, steamed, peeled, mashed
50 g oatmeal
75 g unsalted butter, melted
11/2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Cheesecake batter :
500 g cream cheese, leave it at room temperature
175ml sour cream *)
1 egg
1 egg yolk
150 g sugar
1/2 tsp orange food coloring


Direction :
1. Base layer: Put the mixture into the baking pan diameter 20 cm apart pairs that have been lined with baking paper. Flatten, tap-tap until solid. Bake in hot oven at 180 ° C for 10 min. Lift. Set aside.

Cheeseecake cranberry

Ingredients
Cheese dough :
500 g cream cheese, softened *)
50 g unsalted butter
100 g sugar
50 g all-purpose flour
1 egg
3 pieces of egg yolk
150 g frozen cranberries, mashed

Egg white batter :
¼ tsp salt
3 pieces of egg white
75 g sugar

Direction :
1. Cover a baking pan diameter 20 cm apart pairs with baking paper, spread margarine. Set aside.
2. Cheese batter: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and butter using a high-speed mixer until fluffy. Enter the flour and stir gently.
3. Add the eggs and ¾ of the cranberry, beat until blended. Set aside.

Orange Yoghurt Cupcakes

Ingredients :
100 g unsalted butter
2 eggs
75 g sugar
200 ml plain yogurt
50 ml Thick orange syrup, ready to use
2 tablespoons cointreau *)

Sift together:
175 g flour versatile
2 tablespoons grated orange peel pieces, pieces of 2 oranges
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Topping, mix together:
100 g white cooking chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons cointreau *)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt  

garnish:
1 tbsp of ribbon-shaped ornament orange peel
12 mint leaves
24 pieces of canned mandarin oranges, drained  

Direction :
1. Cake: Beat butter and sugar until soft, put the eggs one at a time, while shaken constantly until blended.

Lets look atthe recipe bellow ....

Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients :
300 grams of french bread
170 grams of chocolate chips
3 eggs, beaten off
195 ml milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Vanilla taste essen
Marple syrup or honey to taste

Direction :
1. Grease a baking pan size 30 x 22 cm with butter. Apply thin. Cut french bread into 6 slices each 2.5 cm thick. with a sharp bread knife, split the center of the bread but not until the end to resemble a pouch. Truffle Pie

Ingredients :

200 g onions, finely chopped

FINAL DOUGH: beat well
100 ml heavy cream
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 


Direction :

1 tsp wine
Onion and garlic to taste

Calzone :

Ingredients :
150 g high protein flour

My family so like it very much.. I always make steamed balck glutinous rice cake for picnic and every events..

6 eggs

Ingredients :
8 eggs
130 grams sugar

Recipe of Black forest Cake - Black Forest cake is a kind of typical German cake is best known in the world. Black forest cake is perfect as a birthday cake and special celebration cake.. 
I always make it, if my friends or my family's birthday.. :)

Lets see its recipe bellow.. :)

Blackforest cake 

Ingredients:
75 gr flour
50 grams of cocoa powder
200 grams sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 gr margarine, melted
1 can of black cherry
4 tbsp rum mixed with symple syrup.
300 g Whipped cream
100 grams of chocolate blocks shaved (for garnish)
 cerry water can be used for aroma and flavor.


For simple syrup :
75 grams sugar plus 50 ml of water heated to dissolve.

Direction :
1. Mix together flour, cocoa powder and Vanilla, strain and set aside.
2. Whisk egg white and sugar until fluffy, put the flour mixture into the beaten eggs.
3. Add margarine, stirring gently with a spatula until blended.
4. Pour dough into a round baking pan that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper, flatten.
5. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 C for 30 minutes (until cooked). 

6. Lift and remove bread from pan, let cool.

But, I wanna make it with easy way.. 

okey.. now, you can see its recipe bellow :)

Tiramisu 

Ingredients :
2 egg yolks
235 grams Whipping cream
75 grams of mascarpone cheese

3 tablespoons sugar
2 tbsp Rum essence 
Lady finger biscuits
Black coffee dissolved in water

Cocoa powder



Direction :
1. Boil hot water in the pan and place the container to whisk an egg on it

Rainbow Cake

Ingredients :
 6 eggs Egg yolks
10 egg whites grains

200 grams of wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
150 grams of sugar

200 grams in melted butter
20 grams of milk powder

2 tsp Emulsifiers / TBMs or SP
Red food coloring, yellow, green, blue, orange, and purple as necessary.

Smear cake :
White butter cream or whip cream

Recipe of Macaroon - As we know that macaroon from French . Now, in my country macaroon cookies became popular and almost of them take a cooking class just to learn about this cookie ..

Macaroon  

Ingredients :
90 g peanut flour Almond
3 eggs chicken egg whites (room temperature)
255g icing sugar
¼ tsp cream of tartar
Salt to taste,
½ tsp salt
3 tablespoons sugar (if desired)


Contents (ganache) :
15grams Condensed Cream
150g cooking chocolate, finely chopped

Direction :
1. Cover pan that has been buttered lightly with baking paper
2. Sift the powdered sugar and almond flour in a container, make sure no clumping. Sift sugar and flour should Almond several times to make sure the material really does not clot, then set aside. 
3. In another large bowl. Enter the egg whites, salt and cream of tartar then beat with mixer until dough becomes stiff, you can add 3 tablespoons of sugar to taste sweet lovers. Or do not need if you do not want it. 
4. Pour the almond flour and sugar mixture that had sifted into a container of egg white mixture and stir gently until all ingredients are mixed together. 
5. You can add food coloring to suit your tastes on the batter
6. Put the dough into a triangular pocket spray, scissors and trim the edges. 
7. Spray the mixture on a baking sheet that has been coated with butter and baking paper round shape with a diameter of about 3 cm. 
8. Allow the dough survived 30 minutes before being baked to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes. 
9. Lift and move on serving plate. 
10. For the ganache: heat the cream over low heat until almost boiling then turn off the heat and lift. Put the chocolate, stirring until chocolate look and blend with the cream to form a melted chocolate. 
11. Apply a macaroon on the inside surface of the lid with the other macaroon. Serve on a serving plate, you can sprinkle the top of the macaroon with powdered sugar if desired.

Recipe of Blueberry Muffin cake - Guys.. today I wanna share about how to make blueberry muffin cake. This cake is the one of my favorite cakes than fruit pies, mochi, beef steak and bla bla blaaaa.. hehehe... :D

How to make blueberry muffins, refer to the following recipe:

Blueberry Muffin 

Ingredients :
300 grams of sugar
350 grams of blueberries
4 eggs
230 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
200 grams of sour cream
400 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
a few drops of essence vanillacheese cream (to taste)


Direction :
1. Beat the eggs until fluffy 
2. Add sugar, beat again until completely inflate at high speed
3. Having ascertained soft dough, add the vegetable oil and stir again.
4. This time you can stir by hand, using whisk, until dough is well blended.
5. Add 2-3 drops of vanilla for flavor only. You may also use vanilla powder if you do not have the liquid essence.
6. In another bowl, mix flour, sour cream, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
7. Enter the two dough (wheat flour, sour cream and salt) into the batter 1. Stir again until well blended.
8. If it is uneven, enter the blueberry which had been washed clean.
9. Enter spoonful after spoonful of batter into the muffin tins
10. Give topping with cream cheese (to taste).
11.  Bake the muffins in the oven with a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, approximately 20 minutes in length.
