Syringe Cookies

Ingredients :
- 125 Gram Margarin
    - 50 Gram Mentega Tawar
    - 75 Gram Gula Halus
    - 1 Kuning Telur
    - 180 Gram Tepung Terigu Protein Rendah
    - 35 Gram Tepung Maizena
    - 3 tetes Esens Stroberi

  • 100 grams Refined sugar
  • 150 grams Margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanila essence
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 grams Low protein flour
  • 25 grams Maizena / cornstarch
  • 20 grams pineapple jam
  • 20 grams Milk powder
 Directions :

1. Beat the margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence 2 minutes until soft. Enter the egg yolks. Beat well. 
2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, and milk powder as she sifted and mix evenly. 
3. Spray a baking sheet using a syringe interest in the margarine spread thin. Give pineapple jam on it. 
4. Under fire oven with a temperature of 140 degrees Celsius 25 minutes until cooked.
