Recipe of Blackforest Cake

Recipe of Black forest Cake - Black Forest cake is a kind of typical German cake is best known in the world. Black forest cake is perfect as a birthday cake and special celebration cake.. 
I always make it, if my friends or my family's birthday.. :)

Lets see its recipe bellow.. :)

Blackforest cake 

Ingredients:
75 gr flour
50 grams of cocoa powder
200 grams sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 gr margarine, melted
1 can of black cherry
4 tbsp rum mixed with symple syrup.
300 g Whipped cream
100 grams of chocolate blocks shaved (for garnish)
 cerry water can be used for aroma and flavor.


For simple syrup :
75 grams sugar plus 50 ml of water heated to dissolve.

Direction :
1. Mix together flour, cocoa powder and Vanilla, strain and set aside.
2. Whisk egg white and sugar until fluffy, put the flour mixture into the beaten eggs.
3. Add margarine, stirring gently with a spatula until blended.
4. Pour dough into a round baking pan that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper, flatten.
5. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 C for 30 minutes (until cooked). 

6. Lift and remove bread from pan, let cool.
7. Halve the cake into 3 sections (horizontal) and then sprinkle with a mixture of rum with simple syrup and cerry water on each piece of cake until blended.
8. Grease a piece of cake with whipped cream, place the cherry that has been cut into thin round, closed back with a piece of cake.
9. Cover with whipped cream whisk again, garnish it with chocolate that has been shaved (to taste).
