Okey.. lets look at the recipe bellow..
Calzone :
Ingredients :
150 g high protein flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 packs of instant yeast
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt
200 ml of water
margarine (for greasing pan)
For stuffing :
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
50 g button mushrooms, sliced 3
100 g lean ground beef, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 cm
25 g cheddar cheese, grated
25 mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, pour boiling hot water, peeled, chopped
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp sugar
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Direction :
1. Skin: Mix flour, sugar, yeast, water, and salt. Stir well.
2. Knead with added vegetable oil little by little until smooth.
3. Cover with a napkin. Let stand for 30 minutes until fluffy.
4. Contents: Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
5. Put the meat. Stir until it changes color.
6. Add mushrooms and stir well.
7. Put all the remaining ingredients, except cheese. Stir. Correction it.
8. Mas.ikkui all the cheese. Stir well.
9. Completion: dough. For the two parts. Round.
10. Milled up to ½ cm thick.
11. Put each dough on a baking sheet that has been spread with margarine.
12. Put the content material on top of the dough. Fold in half. Squeeze.
13. Brush the entire surface with cooking oil until blended. Let stand for 20 minutes.
14. Bake in the oven with the temperature of the fire below 180 ° C for 30 min.
15. Serve while warm.
