Mochi - Who don't know about this cake. Traditional cake from Japan that well known almost all over the world, including in Indonesia. But may be there have a little different compositions and version of mochi in every country. Now i wanna share about recipe of Mochi ala Indonesia hehehe...

Are you ready guys.. ^^".. !!  okey lets see that recipe bellow..

Mochi
Ingredients :
600 grams of glutinous rice flour
100 grams of
of sago flour (available in several brands)
120 grams of sugar
200 grams of butter


Ingredients of Mochi stuffing :
200 grams of butter
100 grams of roasted peanuts, shelled and milled
150 grams of sesame
10 grams of smooth peanut butter (available in supermarkets)


For sprinkling :
250 grams of roasted peanuts, shelled and milled

Direction :

1. Creating Moci Stuffing : Boil all ingredients together and stuffing cakes until blended.
2. Making Leather Moci : Stir glutinous rice flour, butter and sugar in a container, stir until blended completely.
3.
Stir sago starch mixed with hot water until the dough together and mature.
4. Combine the two previously made ​​dough, so the dough up into a thick and sticky.
5. Finishing: using a wooden roller, roller dough lengthwise then cut to cut and Set aside.
6. Take the dough and flatten moci sufficiently, put 1 piece of dough cookie stuffing.
7. Form dough into a form filled sphere. Do it until the dough ingredients and fill out moci.
8. Steamed until cooked dough and clay, and lift.
9. Roll it immediately into roasted peanuts until blended. 

10. Place the cakes earlier into paper bowls or other containers. And serve.
