Recipe Of Cat's Tongue Cookies

Cat's Tongue cookies. May be name of this cookies is a little funny and making confuse, but in Indonesia this cookies most popular. And almost of Indonesian people knew it.. If you wondered, Lets see the recipe bellow :)

Cat's Tongue Cookies 

Ingredients :

75 cc Eggwhite 250 grams (Butter + Margarine)
½ teaspoons Emplex
140 grams Refined sugar
60 grams Cornflour
50 grams Cheese, grater, for topping
150 grams Cheddar cheese, grater
225 grams Wheat flour

   
Directions :

1. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy right, enter emplex, shake again.
2. Enter the egg whites, continue beating until blended
3. Enter the flour, cornstarch, whisk gently for 1 minute until blended.
4. Enter the grated cheese and stir
5. Polishing pan with butter, pour the batter, sprinkle the top with grater cheese.
6. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius hot flame for 20 minutes ±
