Satay maranggih coming from Purwakarta,West Java-Indonesia. And it is very well known because its taste. the meat is tender and seasonings are absorbed, making it so delicious satay.
Lets see how to make satay maranggih guys.. :)
Satay Maranggih
Ingredients :
500 grams of beef brisket part
Salt & pepper powder to taste
50 Grams of margarine
25 Grams of coriander, mashed until smooth
3 Tablespoons soy sauce english
50 Grams of young galangal, grated
50 Grams of ginger, grated
8 Tablespoons soy sauce
Direction :
1. cut meat into small pieces, coat the meat with all the spices (except the margarine), let stand for 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
2. stick a piece of meat to skewers prick, one skewer 4-5 pieces of meat.
3. with grilled satay grill that uses charcoal. when burned give spreadable margarine.
4. grilled meat until lightly browned. lift and serve warm.
Soy sauce ingredients:
20 pieces of cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
5 pieces red tomatoes, diced
10 tbsp soy sauce
5 spring onions, thinly sliced
To Make seasoning sauce:
1. mix all ingredients together.
2. serve with satay Maranggi.
