1. Do not add the rice flour, although it can make the crispy fried but likely will make the potatoes sticking to each other.
2. Stored potatoes in the freezer until 2 weeks. The potatoes were frozen, making it crisp after cooking.
3. Make sure to use a frying oil that is still new, so the results fries more crispy and clean.
4. Enter the potatoes in the hot oil, and always use a medium heat, so that the potatoes do not burn quickly.
5. In order not to greasy, before serving fried potatoes that have been drained before, Cover with tissue paper so that the tissue paper to absorb the oil, then serve.
