Ingredients :
500 grams of leftover chocolate cake / chocolate cupcake / muffin chocolate, crushed
75 ml liquid whipeream
50 ml of liquid milk white
125 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC), roughly chopped
Rhum (optional)
Sweet pie shell, smeared with DCC
White Cooking Chocolate (WCC) for garnish
Direction :
1. Heat whip cream and milk until almost boiling, remove from the heat.
2. Then pour into a container of chopped DCC, DCC stir until melted evenly.
3. Enter the chocolate cake crumbs, mix well. May give rum if liked. Can also added raisins, nuts or chocolate chips.
4. Take 1 piece of sweet pie crust, fill with dough truffles. Tekantekan until solid.
5. Melt the WCC, put in a plastic triangle. Spray lines on top as a garnish truffle pie.
6. Enter into the freezer for a while. Ready to serve.
