Recipe of Onion Tartlets - savory sweetness mixed together when eating this cake, I really like it... Hmm now I wanna shared about onion tartlets
Lets look at the recipe bellow :)

Onion tartlets
Ingredients :
250 g flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
125 g unsalted butter
1 egg, beaten off

 
For stuffing :
30 g unsalted butter
200 g onions, finely chopped
1 piece of bay leaf
2 small sticks of fresh thyme
¼ tsp salt


FINAL DOUGH: beat well
100 ml heavy cream
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 


Direction :
1. SKIN: Put the flour, sugar, salt, and butter in a bowl. Cut into pieces with a pastry knife until the dough little grainy.

Round shape dough, wrap in plastic, refrigerate.
2. CONTENTS: Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the onion, bay leaf, thyme, and salt and stir well. Cook over low heat until the onions are wilted (± 15 minutes). Add bacon, stir, Remove and set aside to cool.
3. Preheat oven at 160 ° C. Grease the inside of the mold 5 cm in diameter tartlet with margarine. Remove the dough from the refrigerator skin.
